Thanks CRamak! I hope they are together and that we can get the good news together!!!

I am glad you have your dates though Cushid and I am so glad to hear you will be with your fiance before your graduation! That is awesome!

I did call the USCIS and spoke with a Tier II agent today. They reminded me of the 30 day wait and they said that if the NVC doesn't have my case by Monday Oct 17 that I need to place an inquiry with them. He did help me fill out an inquiry with the USCIS through the online form. He had me select the lost form choosing other and explaining that my case was sent to the NVC and other people have received their case number with my same approval date and country but the NVC is still telling me mine hasn't been received. He said they have to respond to me by October 29th with any information they can find. He said this should include the date that they mailed my petition to the NVC since that is what I am really curious about.

I feel like I made a little progress today. I will do what he says about sending the inquiry if my case is not received by Monday 10/17. He said to wait to do the inquiry until after the 30 days because the NVC is very strict about trying to do anything early.

I just wanted to share this information with anyone still waiting at the NVC I am at day 22 and my Tier 2 officer didn't guarantee any news about my case since it is technically still early, but he said this is a possible option to get an answer since we can't call CSC directly. It does give me a little glimmer of hope, even though it is just a very small glimmer at this point. I will take any hope I can get lol.

I wish us continued luck and far smoother process than mine to all at this point. I would not wish these worries on my worst enemy!!!

Thanks for that! Some days the waiting is more challenging than others.

The waiting is terrible.. I know.. and it seems we are always just waiting days and days form something to happen. You have been waiting a very long time. I think the person handling your file must be getting through their files slowly... try not to worry too much.. you really should hear any day now.. I hope you hear very soon. And then you will be waiting again.. ahhhh.. :)

No, I am 08/18 filler and there is also another person who is waiting from 08/08.

Just want to see, how many applicants are having problem.

As long as it comes no problem. It is because after a lot of research some applicants have waited over 200+ days to get approved.

We dont want that.

I say 2-3 months. So you should get something this week or next week.

You should download uscis app for andorid ( American flag with American map) enter full your case number and search 100 cases. You will see if there is any updates. For instance, on last october 3rd from my last digit 1831 5 people were uptade but Thursday and Friday was death. So you see what is going on. If you are the only applicant who is still waiting around 100 applications that means they might be looking something. Back ground check etc etc.

Good luck, I guess there will be more updates on Monday.
