I-129F July 2016 Filers

I'm getting myself confused.

My case has been passed on to the NVC. I called and got my case number and invoice number. I keep checking it and all it says is "At NVC". Then under that is a link to 6 more steps you need to do including pay another fee and submit supporting documents (which I already did). Are these steps I'm supposed to be doing or not? I don't see these steps on the list from VJ, but that doesn't means I won't worry about doing something wrong.

Please help my sanity!

Just a generic message.

Make sure you have all your paperwork for the medical and interview.

Watch your case status, once it's 'In Transit' you can track your case on the DHL website to see when it gets to the embassy.

I would definitely call USCIS and see what happened. You will need NOA2 Hardcopy for AOS.

Wow!!! congratulations!!! that is the strangest thing! Happy your wait is over and you got a "fast forward" I'm surprised even your NOA2 hardcopy did not come in the mail though. It seems like someone forgot to put you into the system at USCIS as approved and simply forwarded you on to NVC. I'm sure you can figure it out with a phone call. You must be SOOOOO happy!!! very very happy for you!!!!! :)

Thank you, thank you so much for all your support!

I think I am in the system as NVC says our case was approved and forwarded to them, I think that's why it looks not so many approvals the last week online, some delay in typing online cases but working in sending them through the computer system and all to NVC, because if it wasn't in the system, it never would show up in CEAC website

Then update your timeline!!!!!
