Congrats to everybody with approval, interview scheduling and all good things coming. My best wishes and prayers to all us, July filers, to get our approval fast and move forward.

I am still waiting and I sent my fiance money for our 6 months rental somewhere not far from his interview place, now he got sick, hospital, not a word from him, I am worrying and I can't fly to see him as I am waiting for NOA2 and, just in case if rfe, I cannot risk to be far away, rfe has a very short time to answer and they close the file if no answer at time. So I am here not knowing what's going on there and waiting for NOA 2, kinda sad

Hello everyone and congratulations to everyone who was already approved.

We have sent petition on 07\20 and it was approved 09\12. Pretty fast. :wow:

I have a question. How bad do we need the hard copy of NOA-2? What do we need it for?

My boyfriend moved out and the letter was probably sent to his old address and it will be tough to get it from old address.

I know someone else answered this as well for you, but I did want to let you know that it is required to put of copy of it in your AOS paperwork from a K-1. He is able to update his address through the USCIS website and he can call and request a new one advising that he moved and he did not it get it forwarded to his new address. Or he can call and update his address that way and simultaneously request a new one.

So I guess we don't need it for K-1 at least.

He didn't update address because he will be moving on Oct 1 again to the place where we will live together, so maybe he can update his address later.

Do we need letter from NVC for K-1?

Hi

Has anyone NOT recieved their NOA2 yet? We mailed our I-129F out on 6/30 and received our NOA1 on 7/8 but still have not received our NOA2. I honestly hope I AM the only one suffering waiting for their NOA2 yet as I would hate to think of anyone else having to be so patient.

Wishing everyone luck with their interviews! And those who haven't gotten that far yet - wishing you a speedy process.

Hi! We received our NOA1 on July 6 and just received our NOA2 this past Thursday, September 15. I know that's not what you asked, but just wanted to say that hopefully this means you'll get your NOA2 this week. There were quite a few of us from early July who seemed to be skipped over, but it's coming! I hope you hear something this week! Maybe even tonight! :D

More than half of July filers received their approval, posted about it and run happy to the next step. The rest of July filers are waiting in silence, not posting like they are sad or upset. Cheer up friend!!! Our Approval will come and very soon, we are on the close line, be happy, we will get it too and maybe sooner than it looks.

I know waiting sucks but anyway we are lucky, we have this waiting time and it's not too long. I wish to see today more happy postings saying they are approved!!! With every approval we celebrate it here together! Good luck tonight to all of us!!!!!!!!!!!!
