I'm so confused.. both times I did not submit a "tax transcript" just a copy of my last year's filings... that was fine the first time we filed.. and again this time I submitted that already and I won't be resubmitting...

7/1 - mailed I-129

7/7 - NOA 1

8/29 - RFE

9/13 - Notice received RFE reply

9/19 - NOA 2

10/12 - Called NVC & Received Case Number, Case Ready at Embassy

10/17 - Received NVC Case Number Letter in mail

12/2 - Interview (Denial, 221g issued asking more relationship proof)

12/8 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

12/16 - passport returned to fiance in mail with 2nd 221g letter

12/23 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/27, 12/28, 12/29 Date updated on case

1/5 Passport Status changed to "passport being processed for delivery" CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/9 Passport delivered to hometown with VISA ISSUED!! CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/26 POE Seattle

2/25 Married (CEAC status still says visa is in "administrative processing" - haha)

Hello. We just got approved. We received an RFE first (in August), but it was easy to correct since it was just a missed checkbox in the I-129F form. By the way, we did not front-load our application. My fiance only sent what was listed in the instructions, e.g. filled-out forms, passport photos, cert. of naturalization, etc. He sent our boarding passes as the ONLY proof that we have personally met a few days before the application was sent -- no photos, no call/chat logs, no mails, no receipts, whatsover. So for those who worry that they might have sent too few pages or too few evidences, you can relax. Our case is a proof that you don't have to front-load, but just have to stick to the instructions. Congrats to those who were approved already! For those who are still waiting, don't worry, yours will come soon! (L)

True. It will come when it's less expected. I got busy, not looking really but sometimes write here. Yet I do believe in a positive thinking or / prayer together. The good thing we all can see USCIS is working and fast now, many got approved faster.

My best wishes for all of us

Yes, Tasha. I noticed that, too. Approvals for July are a lot faster compared to earlier months. Even approvals after receiving an RFE was also a bit faster. Hoping for everyone's happy start-of-forever! (L)

Good thing they are working already on August. How do they mix files when they get them from the mail box? Who knows? You see some people from the beginning of July is asking the same you do. I just think we all will be approved, some earlier, some a little later, it's our right to bring our beloved ones or family to US and it works unless it's a very complicated case with a very bad background check, mostly it works for everybody.

Here, we are just waiting when it will get approved

Tasha

what app do you use and see all the cases?
