Congrats to all approved!!! Please, be patient who's not yet, you will be and very soon.

I am still at the end of the month so my time it's not coming yet and I hope all the early July filers will be approved very soon, it will be great!

the most important is if it's more approvals last night, it's less files on their desks and closer to our files to be approved

Hi all

I seen a lot August 1st to 8th approved on my app last night..There are couple 4 August 8th...Where is my??? :clock::clock:

August 1st to 3rd about 15 case approved on my app.

That is good, we know they working on August now..... :idea::idea::idea:

They are speeding up..

Also, timeline adjudicator on VJ has lower projected date...

If August is like July, all applications at the end of August will be approved and only a few at the beginning of August and the rest will wait....

People from the beginning of July (including myself and many others) still waiting for ours!! Let's hope it doesn't happen to August filers!!

9/19 - NOA 2

10/12 - Called NVC & Received Case Number, Case Ready at Embassy

10/17 - Received NVC Case Number Letter in mail

12/2 - Interview (Denial, 221g issued asking more relationship proof)

12/8 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

12/16 - passport returned to fiance in mail with 2nd 221g letter

12/23 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/27, 12/28, 12/29 Date updated on case

1/5 Passport Status changed to "passport being processed for delivery" CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/9 Passport delivered to hometown with VISA ISSUED!! CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/26 POE Seattle

2/25 Married (CEAC status still says visa is in "administrative processing" - haha)

The good thing is adjudicator from timeline had dropped...estimated is 50 to 60 days. :):):)

Ugh. I can't concentrate on work. I went to Igor's list and saw all the RFE's that were sent out around the same time mine was that have NOT been approved. I am so nervous now. I didn't realize so many were not approved. This is torture.

7/1 - mailed I-129

I sat on my computer 8 to 10 hours a day, cannot even one day without check my app..ahhaha

But seen August approved up to 5%, I am really excited to get my...


People start get their approve withing 40 days...that is fast..and some even just 30 plus days.

The approval will come when you least expect it. While I was waiting for NOA 2, I began to gather documents for the next step. The tax transcript taxes about 2 weeks, so I would order it now just.

People keep saying tax transcripts take two weeks but I was able to order mine instantly as a download online, are you guys ordering physical copies or something? Seems much quicker to just download and print...
