I read a topic a while ago where the petition was DENIED because of photo size.. I thought it was such a small thing, but apparently it's very important.

Here's the topic if you wanna take a look: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/578840-rfe-notice-question-passport-style-photo/

It's good to have a permanent address like maybe his parents address or just put his last address.

Hmmm waiting here more July approvals

If your Fiance is the US Citizen he can just update his address with the USCIS website (the same that is used to check the status of your petition). If he is the beneficiary you can update his address on the DS 260 when you fill it out.

If he does move quite frequently like you said, it might be best to do what Tasha said and use his parents address or someone he trusts that doesn't move around in order to make sure the mail is never missed.

Hi guys

Is VJ estimate accurate on receiving approval?

This is first time I join this website as my friends went through K1 vsa and mentioned this website to me.

I saw they processing on July 1st now? Is this accurate? Also, I saw couple August filer got approval. How come they are so fast? Correct me if I am wrong.

Are they process in the order they received? Don't look like to me.

The USCIS tries to review them in order that they're received, but with the number of applications that come through each month and the number of employees (some who work faster than others and some who may go on vacation or are sick) working on them in addition to other types of applications, it does get out of order. I received my NOA1 on July 6th, and I am still waiting on NOA2 (approval) while some who filed at the end of July or beginning of August have already received theirs. So at this point for July filers, it has become a bit more random.

But eventually we all see our NOA2... just trying to stay positive in the meantime. haha
