on the uscis app, I saw a july 11 approved yesterday (a few numbers after ours), I wished it was us instead.. hahaha... soon, very soon..

Wow! It's really going random, any of us can be approved any day from now! I am so excited! I wish I was the approved today too! Praying, crossing fingers and fast working organizing my house and all the documents, NOA2 can be any day from now.

Wishing all of us approved these days! Preying for all of us including me, my friends. I believe in wishing the good to others and receiving good back, so I don't think about being ahead of any yet all of us lucky and fast approval for all us!

as I see in Igor's list, there are approvals for July 5, 6, 8 ... and 2 approvals for July 20

Wow! It means they started to work on July files and it's random, any of us can be approved any day from now!!!

It's true, still is slow because they are working on June and previous backlog but even if they have only 1 desk working our month, it means it's moving, any of us can be approved and soon it will be more desks working on all of our file, our files are not so many as previous month files, it should go fast

Good luck to all of us!!!

Tasha

I may be wrong but if I recall correctly, the approvals for the end of July seemed erroneous because the NOA1 and NOA2 dates logged in by the peritioner or beneficiary were the same. Either way, July cases seem to be progressing steadily.

Wow, it is random.. still processing June.. some later July filers, some earlier ones.. it doesn't really seem to go in order of filing... I guess we really don't know what's happening on the other end. I was hoping since I sent mine in on July 1st it would be at the top of the July pile.. and since we've done this before with an approval, it would go through quickly. But I guess it's sitting somewhere.. I'm so happy for the people with the approvals!! And happy July is being processed Makes me feel worried something might be wrong with my file though. yikes. - Just want this wait to be over..

7/1 - mailed I-129

7/7 - NOA 1

8/29 - RFE

9/13 - Notice received RFE reply

9/19 - NOA 2

10/12 - Called NVC & Received Case Number, Case Ready at Embassy

10/17 - Received NVC Case Number Letter in mail

12/2 - Interview (Denial, 221g issued asking more relationship proof)

12/8 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

12/16 - passport returned to fiance in mail with 2nd 221g letter

12/23 - Additional Proof Submitted

12/27, 12/28, 12/29 Date updated on case

1/5 Passport Status changed to "passport being processed for delivery" CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/9 Passport delivered to hometown with VISA ISSUED!! CEAC status still says "administrative processing"

1/26 POE Seattle

2/25 Married (CEAC status still says visa is in "administrative processing" - haha)

The USCIS says they review them in the order received, but when it comes down to it, some people work faster than others, then you take into account that some people go on vacation or are out sick a day or two, and that can throw things off a bit. Even though I believe they try to do them in the order received, it's nearly impossible given the number of variables.

But that's also comforting in a way... at least for me it is. I keep seeing 7/7 and 7/5 filers approved and we were 7/6, so I just have to chalk it up to the possibility that one of the "slower" adjudicators is reviewing mine. But still... the "slower" ones seem to be faster than they were a couple of months ago. 2 months instead of 3? I can live with that! I would be thrilled if it came this week or next week, however...

And yes, the wait is excruciating! Here's to no RFEs but NOA2s for ALL! :D

Could they just hire bunch of people volunteers to help them work on cases? So we could all be approved in one week timeframe ? Haha

Haha. I didn't even know there was a July 11 approval. I am assuming that because I was depending on igor's list for the approval frenzy and didn't use the app except to check my status...but when I looked on the app, the approved case is actually the number right above mine?. This approval is so random. Just gotta pray that we all get approved real soon cos the wait sucks! I see some early June filers and even some May filers in their forum still waiting for approvals for whatever reason. Good luck everyone. Lord take control ?
