Based on that interview (posted on VJ) with a former USCIS Adjudicator from several years ago, I believe they are all distributed evenly among all adjudicators. So to answer your question ... no, I don't think so, based on information accrued here on VJ.

*edited to say this: This is only in regards to processing at the USCIS level.

Thanks! That's interesting to know.

Lol I asked the same question when I first heard of it. It's a complication of cases on here- VJ. I usually Google igor's list and click on the first link. You will see the stats and names including yours ?

Someone just told me that my approval I got last night is considered a notice of approval 1 and that what I got from the 7/8 was a notice of action..... so what does that mean?

I filed on 7/5, they got it on 7/6. my notice of action i797 says notice of action date 7/8 sent to Cali service center. Last night on 8/24 says My case is Approved for Fiance petition.

If you received an email or text from the USCIS saying your case has been approved, then you received your NOA2 and it will now be forwarded to the National Visa Center. I'm not sure what the other information you received from someone is about.

as I see in Igor's list, there are approvals for July 5, 6, 8 ... and 2 approvals for July 20

Wow! It means they started to work on July files and it's random, any of us can be approved any day from now!!!

It's true, still is slow because they are working on June and previous backlog but even if they have only 1 desk working our month, it means it's moving, any of us can be approved and soon it will be more desks working on all of our file, our files are not so many as previous month files, it should go fast

Good luck to all of us!!!

Tasha
