Trash is right about her ideas and suggestions. Also nigerian friends can also teach you how, if they are committed friends. Learning most Nigerian dishes may not always come out right using cook books and online resources. It may but not always. Practicing with a friend is better and also my advise. But if you have none, then online resources will definitely be a start. Saying this as a Nigerian who can cook Nigerian delicacies and also lived in Nigeria for almost 21 years. #naija?

I'm really sorry Tasha, autocorrect messed up my message.

Hey everybody!

I am visiting my fiance next month right around the time I might get the NOA2. Can I bring the affidavit of support and letter of intent with me? Or does it need to be dated after the NOA2? Thank you in advance. :)

I am also a July filer... Didn't even know this forum existed!

From UK and hoping this hurries itself along quickly!

NOA1 July 7th and no news yet ... Booooo!

My brother actually dis the same process last year filing Nov 2014 and moved April 2015, married in July ... That was when I met my favourite person in the world.

Doesn't sound like we've been together long I know, but was one of those 'where have you been all my life?!??' Moments!

I have been out 5 times and he has been here once all within that time and he will be visiting again next week for my other brothers wedding.

I handed in my notice at work when I filed as I have to give 3 months notice so then I have some down time for me before I get the visa to sell my house and everything inside it! So much going on!

Plus planning a wedding! Unfortunately, if you have a massive family and big group of friends you want there, you can't wait too long so we decided Feb. I think I will have a trip out there once I finish work to book the florist and cake etc ... Family member is a wedding planner over there so she's my life saver!

Hope everyone's cases go quickly too!!

:)

I have been with my fiancé for less than a year but it was definitely a "where have you been all my life?" moment. We want to wait until he's here to plan the big wedding because this process can be so unpredictable. Having a relative who is a wedding planner is definite plus! ;) Congratulations and I hope our wait is brief!

Hello and welcome!!!! My hon and I are doing a UK/US as well - and we have a pretty close NOA 1! We can be BFFs! (I'm the USC by the way!)

I'm hating this wait - and while we're all in this together, it's so good to know we have close allies! Maybe you guys will meet at the interview, eh? Haha!
