I sent my I-129F packet in on July 1st to Dallas, TX. I received NOA that they received it and are "processing" it on July 11th. Today is August 10th. I never received any other NOA or anything about it being sent to the CA office. Should I be concerned?

12/9 - 221g issued again asking for more relationship proof (same items they asked for previously)

I may be way out of line here, and this may be conspiracy theory at best, but...

My guess is that Haiti cases get expedited due to HFRP (Haitian Family Reunification Parole program), something the Obama administration initiated in 2015. I can't find anything (via Google) to back up such a claim. So this may be a huge assumption, but I'm assuming that due to this, any visas applied for from Haiti are expedited by default. When you do a timeline search for approvals and sort by Haiti, you'll see that the majority of those approvals take about 3 or 4 weeks. Yes there are a few that are about 3 months, but most are much faster than other countries.

I first noticed this when trying to estimate (or guess-timate, rather) when we may expect our NOA2 and if things are indeed getting faster again. I kept noticing that any time someone was approved in record-time, it was always, and I mean always, coming out of Haiti.

As much as I would LOVE for this to be a sign that the USCIS may get to July approvals faster than the 10 weeks we're hoping for, I'm afraid in my own research this most likely won't be the case. This is purely anecdotal of course.

And none of this is meant to downplay Kat&Sat's approval. I'm ecstatic for you!!! Envious of course, haha! But soon, our wait too will be over. Yay!

No that's not my first I recieved my noa1 on August 5th and got my case approved yesterday august 9th

That's got to be impressive. In that case, congrats is in order! Is your petitioner in the military or something? It seems rather unusual that it would be approved that fast, seeing they are just beginning approving June filers. Unless maybe they are just scrambling to approve all cases quick before the fiscal year ends as Tasha had anticipated.

Wow! Really Kat&Sat, July filers are getting approved already? Wow! That could mean good news but still I don't wanna be too excited here cos I don't know their circumstances which may have caused a speedy approval. But if you are not an extraordinary circumstance like military, then may be I should be excited. Either ways I hope things are moving rather quick. Good luck everyone ?

Yes my number start with a wac ..What happened to the first time tasha ?

WAC number means you are in California Center, nothing to worry about.

My 1st K1 ... it's sad, we were approved NOA2 in March and at the same time I got very sick, surgery and during 5 days doctors saying I could die, then lots of medication, my fiance didn't believe I am really sick and at he hospital (later I did read many similar stories about Americans pretending being sick, dying and even dead for to get out of K1 visa process changing their mind, I didn't know about it, he probably was reading too and the same), he said to me many hard words, I got upset, it was arguing and me still not healing ... making a long story short ... I never wanted to cancel his visa ... I even don't know in what moment I did cancel it, my health and my mind under so heavy medication, pain killers and antibiotics, I cancelled his visa saying to the embassy he doesn't care about me and I don't want to be married, he already had his interview scheduled, I did send him all financial support, affidavit and all documents ... I am still regretting so much that cancellation... we got back together, more strong love than before, sorting all misunderstanding out but ... previous K1 cancelled starting the 2nd one again, the same fiance, the same everything

yes, me too. I am still blaming myself until now and I am so grateful to my fiance, he is much younger than me but so much mature in his behavior and he did everything right for us to be together making me understand so many things and learn about what is it important, I learned to respect him much more than before. Good thing is now I am in a very good health and we are much closer to each other than we were before, and I feel much more secure about real us, what is really important, before I had so many doubts about our age difference and all differences, now it's so many similarities and planning our future together. It was sad and bad but it became much better and it created a very strong bond between us. Hoping for a very fast approval and wishing to everybody the fast one too
