Divorce move on and FYI people with Alzheimer's aren't dangerous to people....that's a horrible blanket statement.

The way you speak of your wife with the "PMS" and "Tampo style" I can only imagine how you did to her.

FYI, Being on a dating site is also infedelity.

Best bet I'd to cut your losses. You can't go back to USCIS and now say I change my mind it is indeed fraud.

Was it (maybe) it's the risk we all take. Sorry this happened to you....I also agree another Philippine bride may look suspect. But if you choose to do so once your divorced you may very well do so.

Good luck and before making any calls to USCIS think hard :reading:

Rightly termed 'What a mess!' ... Like others said divorce and move on. It appears you are looking eastward again for another pride --- 'caught' chatting online and/or second guessing what USCIS would say when you file for another pride. Maybe time to look for within the US for your next bride --- just saying.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
