Just curious about when our visas are approved, instead of booking direct flights from UK to Los Angeles one way only which seem to be way more expensive than booking a return flight, would it be a problem entering US

Thanks everyone for any info you can give me :)

When you enter on your visas, nobody is checking to see if you have a return ticket. They check your visa and the packet your turn over. Be sure to cancel the return with the airlines so the flight you don't take does not somehow get attributed to you leaving the US and abandoning your AOS. It would be rare for that to happen, but weird glitches have happened before.

You can purchase whatever is cheaper. If round trip is purchased be sure to cancel return trip.
