Even your parents won't be able to adopt for immigration for the same reasons previously stated.

If you want you bring your niece here through your parents the the process would be:

You become USC-> you petition parents-> Parents petition your sibling -> Your sibling brings spouse and niece

This process will take many years and depending on your niece's age she may age out.

But then you would also have a case where your niece's parents are here with her.

Also, if you can't show extreme hardship for the niece then it makes your case even tougher.

No worries! And thanks for the lovely compliment :)

One option you could explore is trying to get a F1 student visa for the child to go to school here; you'd need to pay school fees, and it is not an immigration visa, but if it is advisable for the child to be away from the bio parents for a while, this may help.

She is only 4 months old.:cry:

It is definitely out of question. I have to deal with the fact I can't help my niece (she is 4 months old and since I found out she was coming into this world I wish I could do something to help). Thank you so very much for helping me realize that. I appreciate it.
