Hello,

I am about to start the process; adjusting from B2 visa, expiring July 24th. Is there a check list available? How to assemble the packet? Should I use Rapid visa? So confused

it is ok if you oversaty your visa.. it is forgiven when u marry a USC! so its not a big deal.. but go through the guides!

you need the i130, 1484 and i765 for work EAD. you need the medical (but i did that last a week before i handed it in. also fill out the work forms for both, certified marriage cert!, long form birth certificates translated if needed...

check out the forms at the top but start filling it out and see what you need! you dont need rapid visa.. it is VERY VERY easy to do!!!

if you dont get it in on time, that is perfectly fine! just make sure you get all the required info the first time

You can do a search. There's a search bar on the home page of vj, just out there aos cover letter and multiple posts will show up and you'll be able to choose and adapt.
