Did you get the e-mail after your CC to tell you they received all your documents and are waiting for the embassy to book and it might take up to 60 days?

I feel like calling to get an update, but I know I probably won't get any further and I don't want to pester NVC

Yup i did get that email yesterday. I guess we will get ours in next week. I Checked the time line and most Canadains get their interviews after 15-20 days

Finally got a hold of NVC to confirm my case complete. Submitted on July 19th, received an email confirming receipt on the 22nd and case complete on the 26th. Interestingly NVC told me my case was complete on the 26th, but I had 3 N/As on the 25th when I checked. In any case, a ridiculously quick NVC turn around. No interview date yet and I'm guessing it will be a bit with being in Brasil and the Olympics coming up.

Congratulations to everyone who got their CC or other news regarding their cases!

so I called NVC earlier today to go over the DS-261, it was reviewed however the AOS fee is still pending or is in process it says on the CEAC. Once that shows paid, the IV fee will open and once that happens I will go ahead the fill out the form.

i have one question, i am sending tax transcripts for all 3 years and not planning to use the w2 forms or the tax returns from last year. In the document checklist, should I mark the W2 and tax return as unavailable or not applicable? I just don't want to get a checklist of things.

It's been 2 days and the IV fee still shows as "IN PROCESS" (unless it shows up as "PAID" at the exact time I paid it 2 days ago... (the transaction has been completed on my bank account) :protest: I can't wait until I'm able to complete it and then submit the AOS/IV packets :girlwerewolf2xn:

I would say unavailable, I understood not applicable to be related to something like military record if you never joined the military.

They usally take 30 days no matter if its only a page or a bunch
