NVC got my file yesterday.

according to the welcome letter they don't mention there that you have to make two separate envelopes, they just say that they way we sent you this letter keep the DC like this way and arrange it the way we sent you so i didn't make two separate envelopes but i did clip them separately, so i clipped beneficially all DC one, and then petitioner all DC one and then the Joint sponsor DC clipped with clipper and all of these three DC i kept them in one envelope and sent it it didn't get there it's on the way i hope this is the right way the way they told me in the welcome letter,

Don´t worry about it; we also didn´t send ine IV and AOS documents in 2 separate envelopes. We did use the Welcome Letter as the cover sheet and then arranged all documents in the order that is written on the letter. No problems at all

You're sending in the joint sponsor tax doc to NVC so "enclosed" is the option you would select.
