Just got off the phone with NVC, they confirmed that my case is complete. They told me to wait for the email with the interview date. There will be no mail sent out and no interview dates as of now

You can go ahead and complete DS-261 and pay AOS fee if it is available.

Just did it!!! Now I'm waiting for the AOS fee to be available..

Yeah hopefully you should have your AOS fee unlocked by tomorrow. Once you filled DS-261 online, you should call NVC to review it over phone. Once they review it your IV fee will be unlocked within 24 hours after the review.

:cry: :cry: :cry: This I dont understand at all. Can someone please tell me how is possible that within 24hrs some people can have their IV Fee unlocked while we cant get on ours after 9 days of AOS payment and DS-261 being submitted already? :cry: :cry:

What are we missing here? The AOS status has been standing on PAID for more than a week, on IV Fee its been showing PAY NOW in red bold letters but when you click on it, nothing is happen.

Where do we have to push the button in order for us to pay this IV Fee and send off our packages? :crying:

My husband called on Friday and he said the man on the phone was not helpful at all, I did not ask my husband what he ask the agent because I am so frustrated right now.

Please help me . This waiting is becoming a torture just at the end

You have to call NVC and ask them to review your DS-261 over phone. Once they review it IV fee will be unlocked. Otherwise to unlock IV fee it may take many weeks. Just call them and ask them to review your DS-261 over phone. You don't have to wait till you pay IV fee. Once you paid your AOS fee you can still send the package. Just use AOS document cover sheet for IV package and strike off AOS. In my case I had used IV cover sheet because IV fee was available the next day after paying AOS fee. Hope this helps.

I logged into the CEAC page and it already has my IV/Affidavit of Support fee available.

You still need to call to review your DS-261. The IV fee may have the PAY NOW, but it won't be unlocked until you review your DS-261. But, you can pay the AOS fee now if you'd like.

I called them, I reviewed it and the guy said that it should be available "within a week", however, when I logged into CEAC and clicked on the fees, it gives me the option to pay it. I will try to make the transaction and let you guys know how it was.

You still need to call to review your DS-261. The IV fee may have the PAY NOW, but it won't be unlocked until you review your DS-261. But, you can pay the AOS fee now if you'd like.
