Thanks...someone was telling me not to do that or else it will make them suspicious as this is a Pakistani case. I wonder why...

Don't worry about it. I am sure most of them here called everyday after 2 weeks ??? But do wait for 2 weeks else it's disappointing to hear they don't have your case number yet. Let's hope you get it next week ?

Yes right after you get your interview date you can go ahead and schedule medical and all that :)
