does anyone have an approx of CC

From 4 to 6 weeks. But don't just rely on seeing the 3 N/A's, some people have stated they got CC and it never showed N/A on their AOS.

So you just be a little bit more patient, hopefully today you'll get it, since it's still early morning there or if you want, just call, but make sure you do it in a few hours, let them start their work day and go through the documents.

thanks alot yeah I have been checking the site to see but no N/A's really Im gonna try calling to see yeah and I want to see what they will tell me about it today I have reached the 35 days and saw alot of approvals so wanted to see what will happen my heart will break really

NVC received my AOS and IV package on July 15 but I still haven't gotten an email from them with the scan date. I called last night and an agent confirmed they received package on July 15. It's been 6days now, is this normal guys. I'm just curious.

well im still near my scan date is the June 17 and I called and they up to 6 weeks they wont tell me anything els and its heartbreaking

Yes, it is normal that you haven't received an email yet. The most important thing is that the agent confirmed that they received your package in timely manner.

yeah its normal. its been 23 days since they got my mail but still no email confirmation from them. they gave me my scan date over the phone :)

its crazy really guys they got my stuff on the 17 of june and whenever I call they tell me the 20 of june and my scan date is 17 of june bc i shipped it overnight and then they go oh yeah its the 17 not the 20 :(:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::cry::cry::cry::cry::clock::clock::clock:

Bosna, your scan date is when they scan it .Not when they get it. So your scan date is the 20th maybe, and you have to wait until tomorrow or so probably?

Don't check the website every couple minutes! It's better, really!

Finally NVC recieved my civil documents after second attempt. They lost my first package. I am glad they have it now.. ao my official scan date is 07.20.2016. Now another wait for CC.

So here's a question, before I move forward sorry I am not familiar with your story. Are you the petitioner and your husband is the beneficiary?

I know that they require birth certificate of the applicant so could it be that? If they are asking about your proof of relationship with your parents as they can be co-sponsors with you then yes you will need a proof of that. It can be a birth certificate or it can be a letter stating you are related but I think they want birth certificate. You can always call to make sure what they are asking.

I'm the beneficiary (Canadian citizen) and my husband (US Citizen) is the petitioner, so in the list it said to bring proof of relationship of him to the joint sponsors. I submitted his US passport as proof of his citizenship, so maybe I just need his Birth Certificate (which we provided with the I-130), but I can just easily bring a copy of that, maybe some family photos?

As for the W2, they were in the application, so maybe they just missed it? I sent in close to 70 pages of documentation, so I can see how a W2 for one year, for one person can be missed.
