It's official! We have a CC as of today (L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)(L)

You need to be a bit more patient. It will come soon.

I just got CC, so you should get yours soon. Don't break the internet checking every 5 minutes though ;-)

You can do it, mrskent! As per the spreadsheet, EP takes like 2.5 weeks roughly, so you can definitely do this. Just sit back and think about what all you need to prepare for now.

It is possible. Just call and ask them if they have any news about your case. That's what I just did. And congratulations!!!

So EP processing shows N/A too? That's awesome! Congratulations :) You can just call NVC and ask them if your case is complete.

My husband called and the agent just said Case Complete?!?!! We filed on JULY 14th! WOW!

He told us to have my husband provide proof of relationship with his parents?

I'm assuming they meant me, the petitioner? What kind of proof do I need? I went to visit them but don't have photos with them?

And they just told my husband to give me his W2s and not his 1040 tax forms to my interview.

I only saw two approvals today, so how is that a lot? Don't worry, stop checking every 5 minutes and it will happen. If it doesn't happen today, it will happen tomorrow for sure. You need to stay positive and relaxed. Yoga might be a way to keep you a bit busy in between checking CEAC?

So here's a question, before I move forward sorry I am not familiar with your story. Are you the petitioner and your husband is the beneficiary?

I know that they require birth certificate of the applicant so could it be that? If they are asking about your proof of relationship with your parents as they can be co-sponsors with you then yes you will need a proof of that. It can be a birth certificate or it can be a letter stating you are related but I think they want birth certificate. You can always call to make sure what they are asking.
