My scan date is July 1st. It looks like NVC is still taking 30 to 35 days. Hope you get your interview date soon.

For clarity, is the scan date the day they say they received it or the day they send the email? Received the email on June 19 saying they received it on the 16. Praying for those 3 N/As any day now!!!! Congrats to those who have cc. On to the next step!!

Scan date is when they received your documents so June 16 is yours.

You should see the 3 N/A soon - today or tomorrow, guestimating from the average timeline (32.5 days as per the spreadsheet).

Hey guys,

My I-130 was approved 6/17/16. I called NVC today, and they said they haven't received from my files yet. Is it normal?

That doesn't seem too far off, I was approved on June 9th and just got my case number on July 5th (after calling them every other day).

Does anyone know, if we change the embassy from one country to another, how long will it take? My case is getting more and more confusing because of the current status in my current country

Are you a resident of the country you want to switch to (I assume Canada since you have the flag up)? If so you can just call NVC and ask to switch they will ask you to send in proof of residency and change you over. Alot quicker to do this now at NVC before you have case complete.

i live in canada since 5 years but i am not able to show them the proof that i can still stay more than 6 months. So i wanted to change the country to the India. I called them and they said we haven't reviewed your document yet. I will just wait to get one more checklist and then send the latter of request to change the embassy. Just wanted to know how long the entire process will take as its crushing me from inside.
