Sent IV packet NVC they received Friday and told me it was scanned into their system today 7/18 , Operator told me to expect 6 weeks for review. Is there a spread sheet to follow others journey through the NVC or time line?

It usually takes 30-32 days for CC recently. You can use this scan date to CC spread sheet shared by grad_student for an estimate: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bLgqeV5tr9zHOSY5IqtYn3RURVO3C0iMBGVwUviVruk/edit#gid=0

I need help and people who have experience with this can help me. I am finishing my AOS forms i-864 for me (sponsor) and i-864A for my brother (household member whose income I am using). I am a student and currently unemployed and I am sponsoring for my husband. Now I know i am including my brother as a household member whose income I will be using to meet the income requirement or for financial support. Here's the thing, my brother's last year's IRS tax transcript shows his income to be lower than what he will earn by the end of this year. He just got a job in april (which is not 6 months, it is 3 months or will be 3 months by the time I file this). Since he will be earning more than what he earned last year (3 figure salary). This is well above the poverty line. I haven't gotten a checklist yet, however I wanted to know should I put his estimated or required income for 1 year since his start date (april 2016 to april 2017) with or without tax? or should i show his income he will earn by the end of this year?

In the DS260 where it says: "Have you ever been refused a US visa" my advisor typed in "NO" but my husband was refused a tourist visa a year ago because he didn't prove that he had strong ties with his home country. Now is that a big mistake she made? Or should he just clarify that in the interview? Should I call NVC?

i also made small mistake in DS-260, we sent inquiry message they said in the interview time, tell the office your mistake,

so now they can't correct your mistake because they are unable to edit anything in it

I called today and the lady told me to correct that in interview too. Just have to wait. I've seen many people here make a bunch of mistakes and have had no trouble during interview :) Plus they know everything!

I sent my packages on the 12th and arrived at NVC on July 15th too. I called today at 8 am and the operator told me that my documents haven't been scanned yet :( Hope everything is well. I see you sent your documents later than me and already have a scan date but guess every country is different right? Mexico has a lot of petitions :/

Hi there! It's been a week since I completed my DS-261 (July 8,2016), our AOS fee was invoiced and paid already but my IV bill is not yet generated. I've checked other vj members' timeline that is same with ours and saw that their IV bills were already generated few days after their DS-261was completed. I was wondering if it is ok to call NVc and ask them about it at this point? Or should I wait a couple more days? And is it ok to send our AOS IV packet to NVC even if we haven't received our IV invoice yet?

Thanks!

Did you call them to have them go over your choice of agent form yet? If not, do that as soon as possible (just call them and say you want to go over your DS-261 with them). After that has been done, the IV bill usually unlocks within 24 hours.

Yes! Congratulations! :dancing::dancing::dancing:

Make sure to let grad_student know in the scan date to CC thread so he can add it to the spreadsheet. Here's hope that we get three N/As soon then, as our scan date is 6/17.
