Yes correct.

What are the 3 N/As?

Should I keep my eyes peeled on the CEAC website for this? I saw on other forums that the N/A will show up in place of the 'PAID' where the AOS fee is?

How long has the wait been for Electronic Processing for everyone?

Yes N/A will show up in the place of the 'Paid' for AOS fee.

From what I have seen, electronic processing is more quicker than mail processing. You can check this Scan date to CC spread sheet for an estimate :

EP for Canada seems to take 7 to 14 days for Case Complete. I have seen where the 3 N/A's don't apply to you. So calling NVC you must do to find out.

I have completed every thing and all fees are showing paid. DS-260 completed and confirmation received. Called tonight to see if they received my packet was told they are not sure what came in mail room today. I did get confirmation from USPS was delivered. was trying to confirm from NVC the scan date. How many days does it take for them to tell you that? Are CC still taking about 32 days?

You are welcome! You can check my timeline for a rough estimate. Hope this process goes smooth for you :)

Thank you! :) Hope the same for you! :)

So I have few more questions and anyone can answer them for me but if people from Pakistan can, please do. I called up NVC regarding submitted passport style photograph and police certificates for Pakistani Islamabad Consulate office and I was told that they no longer require the police certificate as it is not accurate and also that the NVC doesn't require photographs but however they will require it for interview date. Has anyone who went through for Pakistani immigrant not send either of those items? Can you please shed some light on it?

Now my next question is regarding Saylin's advice on filling everything on the AOS forms, even the questions that don't apply to us. Is it true that we shouldn't leave anything blank? Even the ones about immigrating no other family members, meaning should we leave it blank or write N/A or none?

They probably received your packet but haven't scanned it into their system yet. They might not scan it until Monday since it is the weekend. They may or may not send you a confirmation email so you can call again on Monday to make sure they got it. My CC took 35 days, but I do believe the average is still 30-32 days :)

I have started a divorce in the court and a protection order as well, My husband came here last year and since then been blackmailing and threatening me. My question is this that I don't want the sponsor (cousin) to be involved in this matter, My husband says that he will make sure the sponsor gets dragged into this case as well, Is it possible I can write a letter to the NVC and let them know that I have applied for a divorce in the court and also let them know that the sponsor doesn't want anything to do with this? Will the sponosr have to write a letter to NVC stating that these 2 people are divorcing so he isn't my husbands sponsor anymore? Please help.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.. but once you are married and he is here in the U.S., sponsorship can not be canceled, even if you get divorced.

Do you mean that the CR-1 visa is approved and he is in the US?...if so then you are stuck with the I-864 until he dies, deported, or get citizenship. If he already live here and are doing an Adjustment of Status then of course it can be canceled, you have to prove to USCIS that there is an on-going relationship in order to get a visa. If there is no on-going relationship then they would deny the application.

Since the AOS papers are being sent to NVC, will my husband still need to take AOS papers to the interview? Original signed i-864s? Plus copies of IRS transcripts, birth certificates of the sponsors and all of that?

Regardless of whether he will be required to take all of them or not, which I believe he would, you should have made 2 copies of everything before submitting for your own record.
