NVC received our AOS/IV packets on July 8th. Is that my scan date? I called last night and asked about a scan date but he said "it takes up to 6 weeks for us to review your packets"?

Yes that's your scan date.

My husband doctor office can not find his immunization records. What should we do? And his mother does not know what shots he got since that was in the 80's. On the other hand in Bosnia was a war 20 years ago and it will be likely that we will not have any records.

There is a thing called immunization test. Just tell him to go to the local clinic and ask the doctor to prescribe the blood test for immunization. That will tell you almost 90% things. And few vaccines he will have to take anyway. Just check which vaccination he will need for this process

I was wondering if anyone has sent in their AOS and IV packets before the IV was invoiced? I paid the AOS of $120.00 but the IV has not been released for payment yet...I did the DS-261 and had it confirmed over the phone. I have the AOS Doc cover sheet. Was thinking of submitting the packet as one like they request. Any suggestions.

You don't have to wait. You can use AOS cover sheet from the payment portal. Whiteout AOS for IV package.

Is it normal not to be able to get access to the CEAC site after entering in case # and invoice #? My case# was just assigned today and when i try to enter in the information to start filling in the choice of agent form i get an error message saying unable to process. Does it take another day to get into the system to be able to access this form? or should i call them? IT just simply gives me this error message below after i hit enter and have the case #, invoice # and typed in the robot random generated #'s.

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Hey, yes I paid the IV bill on Monday, and it showed up as "PAID" yesterday towards the end of the day, and DS-260 unlocked right away. I started on it yesterday itself, and will try to submit it today. I think yours should be up later today, or tomorrow at the latest.

I see you sent your package, but did NVC get it? Did you call them at all confirming it? Mine was delivered Monday, and I called them yesterday but they said it's not in the system yet - can take a couple of days and told me to check today so I'll call them this afternoon. Just curious if you got a scan date.

Good luck, after the DS-260, it's just waiting. At least it's much shorter than the USCIS wait was!

I just called around doctor offices here in Bosnia no one does this test here. The only thing they do is test of anti-bodies.

Ok. First of all get the detail list of vaccination from nvc site. Select your country and check where you have to go for medical examination, call the location ( or doctor) listed in the paper. They will let you know what to do. In most cases those doctors who perform the medical for the immigration, give the required vaccinations according to the age group.
