Don't worry. We're on the same boat. I have been waiting for more than a month...but well, no choice but to call them again on Monday and see. Trust me, I get how you feel :clock: Time seems to be going by at the pace of a pregnant turtle :secret::dancing:

I know!! :( I get dissapointed everytime I call NVC so I'm not calling till monday UNLESS someone posts that they're giving interviews. Hope you hear from your embassy soon :) God bless you

Just saw my case was touched today. Seeing that skipped my heart beat ???? oh my. This was the second time my case was touched before my interview. I have already turned cold ???? i will definitely get a heart attack before the interview ??

in my opinion, they have already made the decision about your case. I think they may have even printed the visa. You will notice that once your interview is completed....that same day your status will change to Issued. 2 days later, you'll have your Passport with Visa in hand. :)

NVC doesn't make any decision about the case itself. They are just the administration -- making sure all paperwork is there. the CO at the embassy makes the final decision. once the CO gets a hold of your case file and study it before your interview day they pretty much decide yes or no or more info needed.

What I can say is that NVC yes they are the administration but they have some sort of a decision in the case because they had it first before the embassy so they can have at least 30% of it
