NVC STAGE:

*NVC received case: 06/20/16

*NVC case number given: 07/05/16

*Invoice given: 07/05/16

*AOS invoiced: 07/06/16

*AOS paid: 07/06/16

*Submitted DS-261: 07/08/16

*Sent AOS and IV packages: 07/12/16

*Receive IV fee: 07/12/16

*Pay IV fee: 07/12/16

*DS-260 received:07/15/16

*Submit DS-260: 07/15/16

*Scan Date: 07/18/16

♥CASE COMPLETE♥: 7/27/16

From Scan date to CC: 9 days

Interview Date Assigned: 08/08/16

INTERVIEW : 09/09/16

Interview Result: APPROVED :dancing::star: :star:

From NOA1 to Interview: 220 Days (7 months 1 week)

IR-5 APPROVED!!!!​ :dancing:

​The entire process took about 45 minutes. I have posted a review in the embassy section. I would like to thank the Administrators of this wonderful site and I wish all of you going through the process quick resolutions and positive results!

​I was asked the following questions by the CO:

​1. Who is sponsoring you?

​2. What does she do?

3. When was the last time you saw her?

​4. Did she come here or did you go there?

​5. How do you communicate with her?

​6. How often do you communicate with her?

​7. Have you ever lived outside of this country?

​8. Where?

9. How Long?

​10. When do you plan to travel to the US?

Your VISA HAS BEEN APPROVED, please collect on Thursday at 11:00am.

​I took all originals for the civil documents as requested in the interview letter along with copies. I was not asked for one single document except the 2015 tax return transcript . I was advised that this was missing by the NVC and told to take it to my interview.

The process was smooth and the CO was very cordial.

No, not yet. I am waiting to see the start of interviews scheduling for Jamaica. If I don't see any dates then I will call Friday. :clock:

According to Dwheels they start tomorrow for some embassy.

Not sure if any embassy start today. They might but, not sure. :no:

Actually I call today and and get my interview date, it's Kingston Jamaican embassy.

Mrsbugz maybe u should call them cuz I see we got a cc on the same date, I call today and got a interview date

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

Just called NVC, and apparently I just got my interview scheduled this morning for September 12th! :dancing::dancing::dancing: I'm so excited!

USCIS Process:
Sent I-130 (via USPS): February 20, 2016
NOA1 hardcopy received: February 26, 2016
NOA2 approval text & email: May 6, 2016 (71 days from NOA1)
Petition sent to NVC text & email: May 11, 2016

NVC Process:
Case number and IIN Assigned: May 26, 2016
Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: May 27, 2016
AOS Fee Invoiced: May 27, 2016
Pay AOS Fee: May 27, 2016
AOS Fee appeared as PAID: June 2, 2016
IV Fee Invoiced: June 3, 2016
Pay IV Fee: June 3, 2016
IV Fee appeared as PAID: June 6, 2016
IV application (DS-260) completed: June 7, 2016
