  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:

Did ypu receive instructions for your interview if so when ?????

I got my interview date assigned the last week of June, Got my interview letter maybe 2 or 3 days later.

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us

Hello VJ family!
I just got out from an interview and the visa is Approved!!!
Yaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!

Thank you for all of you who helped me going through this!

Case complete:6/2
Interview date:7/25

For someone who will have an interview in Japan, you will receive an email from Tokyo IV with Request for Additional Documents.
You have to bring everything which stated on that email and also Required Visa Interview Documents from NVC.

Congratulations to all those who have been approved and those getting their interview dates, good luck!! I'm about to fly off to Sydney for my interview tomorrow...talk about freaking out, keep checking and re-checking to make sure I have everything. Will let you know how I go :unsure:

Congratulations to everyone getting approvals and interview dates. Wanted to know if previous usa (F1/B1) visa rejections/denials effect your current cr1 visa? Anyone with previous different category denials getting cr1 approved?
