Girl I feel ya! My interview is two days after you, probably would have been one day but the 1st is a holiday here. I'm getting a little nervous but my hubby will be here to go with me and I read that that helps a lot but then again ours isn't an open and shut case either...met online and he's older than I am. The main thing is we know our relationship is real...like really, who would ensure long distance for 5years if it weren't real?!???. Just be honest no matter how stupid or silly it may sound and be confident when answering questions. Remember you didn't come this far for nothing...god will see you through, he didn't bring you here to leave you. *hugs*

Thank You Maria. Oh my this is so real LOL can't believe it's happening when we all were waiting for CC and I was expecting a checklist. Im ready to face this but still very nervous when Im thinkinh ok yes I will be standing in fromt of the officer and answer.

We met in online 5years back and he's 4 years older to me. He wanted to be with me but his job didn't allow him as he got in this year. So that was extra benefit if he would have been with me but okay ? Hopefully we all will go through this. I don't want anymore delay in here. All the very best to all of us going through this tough process ☺️.

I am following the CC to interview spreadsheet and I was surprised to see someone else who had CC date 3 days after me and he already got his interview scheduled while I am still waiting. Is there any explanation? My petiton is employment based while his petiton may be family based. Could stay be a reason?

Which country are you from? When did you got CC?

My wife was approved this morning for her CR-1 Visa in Ghana. Thank you everyone here for the support and information. We sent a lot of information when filing, and I also sent additional information at NVC when I submitted the IV and AOS packets. NVC sent the information with our case file to the embassy. My wife went in with even more documentation and photos. She says the woman doing fingerprints commented that she had more than enough evidence. When she was called to the window, she was asked only a couple questions and told that she was approved. We thank God.

Awesome. Congratulations to you both.

My CC was yesterday. Do you guys think I should call NVC to check if I already have an interview or is it too early? I heard they assign interviews at the end of each month.

September interview scheduling should start for some embassies this coming week maybe 27th probably.
