Congratulations to all with interview dates and those that got approved. @FranciscaB how is it going?

Hi Okun. Counting down. LOL :dancing: . Having sleepless nights already because i am starting to get nervous.

Had my medicals last week. To pick up results tomorrow. Did you have to see the doctor again when you went to pick up your results?

1. What documents did they request from you at the interview?

2. What questions were you asked?

3. Where you asked for pictures?

awaiting your prompt response

It's the same thing. I think they meant use the CEAC website to track theres no actual tracker. Your date gets updated each time they look at your case hence people can tell when they "touched" their case.

My husband had the same problem when he had his medical he was worried about his cold and the doctor told him it's fine that's not what they're looking for. Hope that helps

Oh... I guess cause when I check ceac it just always said AT NVC I was wondering. Never seen anywhere there is even a date.

Is this different from the CEAC website? I'm kind of confused. If so I'd there a link or something?

Behold...the elusive CEAC Case Tracker (this is what they were talking about...I think):

Don't know what you all are looking at for the case tracker. It just says case at NVC, which I already know. People are talking about cases being "touched"???? Even on the APP, it said enter the receipt # which is the YSC # from the beginning of process. Didn't find any real information so I uninstalled the APP.

OAN... Tomorrow will be 30 days since scan date, just praying to hear something soon??

I don't think it updates the status date until after the case is sent to the consulate...(but that's just a guess. My case is still at NVC, so it'll keeping saying "At NVC" for now.)

The "app" is for the USCIS stage not NVC stage.

On the ceac.state.gov website you're checking in the wrong section.

That section will always say "At NVC" until your docs are in transit to the embassy.

You should click on the one above that "DS-260, online immigrant visa....."

Right now under the affidavit of support fee is showing PAID when it changes to N/A that's case complete.

I am not sure about the copy, but you do need to take your old passport. In the appointment package it does state: "Bring your current passport and all former or expired passports. Your current passport must be valid for at least eight months from the date of your interview and should reflect your correct name and date of birth."

I am planning to take a copy of old passport too, just in case.

hello everyone,

hubby had his interview at Dhaka embassy on june 21st. They asked for an additional joint sponsor because our joint sponsor had already sponsored too many people in the past.We bmitted new i-864 yesterday at sylhet branch.

Any idea on how long it might take? Will the ceac status change to "issued" before they call him to collect his passport?

I have been reading on this forum and it has helped a lot. I recently got my interview letter, and in the list of documents on the last page, it lists code N against fee payment. I think its supposed to be a $ which means payment received. I am not sure why it lists N there instead of $. I am wondering those who recently got their interview letter also have N or actually have a $ in front of fee payment.
