I got a positive visa decision on interview day. 

On 07-Feb-2018 Visa was issued.

and my second question is - us embassy refused my visa because my father has low income and told me to submit a joint sponsorship. Now if they cant be satisfied with my new sponsor documents, they will refuse me permanently or ask again for new document?

1. If your sponsors(dads) hosehold size is 2, then you need 20,575$. Your dad can include his assets from bank accounts, the value of his property in US or your home town. If that still does not meet income requirement, then you add a joint sponsor who files I-864, plus his wife as a dependant files I-864A. Also they can add assets. Totally both sponsor with joint sponsor need to meet 20,575$(If hosehold size is 2). Both have to include all tax return forms and etc.

 

2. If 2nd time it will lack of something, they will delay your case again and you don’t want that, so just ask and we will be happy to help you to avoid that.

Hi  lain.i have one more question?for my joint sponsor which household size will be applicable for me. they are 2 person. should i count 3 person including me?

Yes, it would be 3, but if they have ever sponsored someone else, then the number would increase.

I'm very happy my baby is coming to the US in June!

Here is my daughter's experience from the interview at US Embassy, Warsaw, Poland:

"Hi, Visa Journey,
Thank you for all the support throughout my visa process. So as I was entering my US Embassy at the security check I had to tell the time of my interview. During the interview, I was asked to present my Mothers original birth certificate. Then I was asked how long my Mother was living in the US. Next officer asked me how many times I visited my Mother in the US and how long my every stay was. Also, I was questioned if my Mom obtained US citizenship. And then officer informed me that my visa is issued and it's a valid date. Thank you very much, best wishes to you all.

Hi I have interview at 26 March every thing was okay but my sponsorship wasn't enough they asked me to submit the sponsorship and they took my passport m I submited my spinsor ship at 10th April  is been 3 month no respons yet . I am worried when I checked my ceac it says refused???is anything wrong or it shows like that . please any one know response be . my catagorey f1 and pd 8 novembar 2010
