I need help to fill I-864 form.My mother is my petitioner but she is not doing any job there so my brother and his wife will be my sponsor. Can anyone provide me sample form according to my situation..

My aunt and uncle were my co-sponsors.

Your mother still needs to fill out the I-864 with her tax forms.

And your brother and his wife need to do the same. There's no real sample form, just follow the instructions on the I-864.

*** Father Immigrated with 9 y/o sister in 2009

*** Father became naturalized Citizen in Nov 2016, sent in opt-out request, received Nov. 2016,

  • Case complete Nov 11, 2016 // Interview Package rec'd May 5, 2017 //   Medical May 17 ,2017 // Interview: Jun 2, 2017 // Passport rec'd Jun 8, 2017 // POE: Jun 22, 2017 // SSN changed Oct 08, 2017 // GC/I-551 rec'd - Jul 15, 2017

Your mom and brother file I-864 each, and your brother's wife file I-864A.

Read the instructions here:

https://www.uscis.gov/i-864

Also they have to collect Tax transcripts of 2014, 2015 and 2016 or Tax returns and W2.

Good luck, this one the most fun part:D

Then yes, that is correct, you have to file 6 providing your brothers&wifes income and as I mentioned before, they will have to file separate I-864 and I-864A as cosponsor.
