i inquired on email and they reply me that your case is still under review. we will let you know once it is completed.

Yes i recieved checklist of documents in August 2015 and my agent has already submitted my all documents with NVC

i asked NVC whats is status of my case. and they reply me that your case is still under review and we will let you inform once review is done and then we will schedule your interview in your local embassy.

So, it's not completed yet. Ok, you should call to NVC, ask them the status of your case, also ask what is your Scan date(when NVC received docs sent after the checklist). If it's January 2016, ask what takes it so long to complete the case, do they miss something? it's almost 1.5 a year

If you won't get an appropriate answer, you can ask to talk to supervisor. Also, if case is being reviewed more than half a year without any reason, you can write to your Senator for speeding up the case processing. Keep us informed.

I was hoping this week I will get case complite latter. Yesterday called nvc said still on review its nearly 4 month saying same thing .waiting to pd cureent for long now it's cureent but they not sending cc. What else I can do ?

I think asking NVC very frequently about the same case is not good and irritate them as one of my friend had bad experience and they lost his file intentionally as he called NVC very frequently about his case and then they lost his file and asked him to resubmit all documents again and this thing delayed his case for 4 years.

 They lost my file and they found it latter. I didn't called in regular basis last year they said 3 month review  nadiya then they lost file one year latter they told us they lost it ant this janury we sent it again it alredy three months that's why my dad called nvc ...

Hi Everyone.

 

I see in the May VB, my priority date falls within the Application time. My PD is March 2011, Does anyone have any experience with how long after your priority date becomes in the "application" time before you get your welcome letter?

Only cases with PDs before 01OCT2010 are current to receive visas.

Zarar, You need to sort out your review status ASAP. That's a long wait.
