Hey Guys, I see some friends suggested to do "status check" via the NVC website. So, I did and got this message! My PD is March 25th, 2011. Does the message mean anything?

Also, I called NVC a month ago and they confirmed that they did not send me any letter yet!? Thanks

Ps. I am in USA now and just need to do "change of status", Anybody knows the steps for doing it after the date becomes current in the second table?

I- 130 .... sent USCIS August 4, 2010 - Approved at NVC Jan 2011 received approval letter with case number and Id number

Welcome Letter..... Received Feb 23, 2016

Selected agent...Feb 25, 2016

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Case completed.....April 22, 2016 Received case complete letter April 27,2016

Received Interview Letter... Feb 3, 2017

Medical..... Feb 27,2017

Interview...Mar 20, 2017

Visa Issued....Mar 21, 2017

 POE.............June 4, 2017

SSN............June 12,2017

Green Card: August 2017

Petition for hubby: Oct 2017

i-130....... Approved.Aug 9 2019

NVC ......Wecome letter Nov 4 2019

Submitted all docs and paid fees- Nov 29th 2019

Hi everyone this form helping me a lot . I wish I can give u guys any good news ?anyway as u know my pd novemabr 08 2010 .I didn't get case complite yet I call less nvc they Saidon't still in rivew . What u think like I should March to finish and called nvc again if there is no update .I think in may vb my pd will be current .

Lots of mistake ....? I want to say should i wait until march finish and i should call again nvc in April.

Hello I need some information regarding I-864 form .My mother is my petitioner but she is not doing any job there so my brother and his wife will be our co-sponsor.Kindly let me know what forms should I need to fill I-864 or I-864 A?? I am little confuse about both forms.

Hello xFred,

I checked and it's showing same to me as well .I guess we need invoice number to proceed further and that will be provided in welcome letter  because when i checked this link https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx  to follow six steps it requires invoice number.

I am reallly worried my pd will cureent soon but still I don't get case complite latter .what can I do I called nvc they said still in rivew it's nearly 12 weeks ?I was happpy vb jump but now worried no visa complite latter yet
