I- 130 .... sent USCIS August 4, 2010 - Approved at NVC Jan 2011 received approval letter with case number and Id number

Welcome Letter..... Received Feb 23, 2016

Selected agent...Feb 25, 2016

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Case completed.....April 22, 2016 Received case complete letter April 27,2016

Received Interview Letter... Feb 3, 2017

Medical..... Feb 27,2017

Interview...Mar 20, 2017

Visa Issued....Mar 21, 2017

 POE.............June 4, 2017

SSN............June 12,2017

Green Card: August 2017

Petition for hubby: Oct 2017

i-130....... Approved.Aug 9 2019

NVC ......Wecome letter Nov 4 2019

Submitted all docs and paid fees- Nov 29th 2019

I called nvc two hours ago.they said they are processing il and the last priority they have done is may 8,2010.guy said wait till the end of the week,I only predict VB will be released till then.I myself it will be out on 8th december,as usual.

Have u called recently, you are the very potential to receive IL

Hi All,

I was outside of US for a month.

Below is the response I got for service request raised(PRIORITY DATE 25th MAY 2010 AOS).

"The status of this service request is:

Recently, you notified USCIS that you believe your priority date is now current and requested that we continue processing your case. Our records indicate that your priority date is not yet current. For your priority date to be current, it must be earlier than the cut-off date listed on the Department of State Visa Bulletin for your preference category. The Visa Bulletin is available on the Department of State website at www.state.gov. Once your priority date is current and an immigrant number becomes available to you, USCIS will resume processing your application."

No I haven't called NVC. After reading Kumar1986 post I thought I'd  rather wait. His PD is May and it ain't current as yet whereas my PD is July And I may get the same reply. I think i would wait and see how January goes.

I will suggest calling them if you are applying from outside US. 

Mine is AOS where my file will move from NVC to local counslate

Call them razas you might get the date !! You are potential candidate for IL For now !! Give a call !! Kumar's case is different abit i guess

Is your Aos or consulate processing, call nvc if you are outside of us
