why are u travelling outside US, without green card??

Yes you can travel if you have Approved I-131

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Congratulations guys who got interview latter.i am bit upset it's been more then month my dad requested for upt out but yet no response form nvc . Seriously I'm tired because of all complicated situation . It's seems like insted of 2017 I will get interview date 2018 August ! Anyway best of luck everyone ?

You have to contact USCIS, NVC can´t do the opt out, that´s what they told me, I wrote an e-mail to USCIS office at the US embassy in my country, they told me they can give me the opt out letter, but I haven´t requested it yet, I am waiting for my PD to be close to current. If you enter to your account at CEAC and your category is still F2B you have to contact USCIS.

Thank you trotila.mine pd is novemabr 08 2010.what is your pd and whay u want to ur pd date is to be close because u need to do it early isn't it ?

Hi tortolita.I talked to my father he did requested to uscis .but yet they didn't response

To me the process of getting opt out is easier when an actual uscis is present in your country. You have the option to call or visit. But when you have to communicate though mails its very frustrating
