Hi they don't Evan sent me any letter of catagorey changed but my solicitor said it would happen mUstinov.most of the time they didn't inform or they just inform u before interview either they will delay you interview lots of things can happen.thats why before they sent me anything I alredy send a latter of opt out let see if the accept it.

Jarin have u done the opt out process , if did what the result and how long you waiting for the reponse form dhs

Not yet, procrastinating i guess and with this hurricane heading towards haiti i hope DR isnt affected also..... but i will soon

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Case completed.....April 22, 2016 Received case complete letter April 27,2016

Received Interview Letter... Feb 3, 2017

Medical..... Feb 27,2017

Interview...Mar 20, 2017

Visa Issued....Mar 21, 2017

 POE.............June 4, 2017

SSN............June 12,2017

Green Card: August 2017

Petition for hubby: Oct 2017

i-130....... Approved.Aug 9 2019

NVC ......Wecome letter Nov 4 2019

Submitted all docs and paid fees- Nov 29th 2019

He seems confused. Let see if we can help him figure out if he is an F2b or not.

I think we should keep this forum in order, that´s why moderators move topics to the right place, I saw a person asking here when his/her category is CR1, if a person is new, I think we should guide him/her to the right place.

Its just one aos for u and children
