I promptely sent my documents as they requested for it last year.You mean this may result in sooner Interview?I think it depends on visa bulletin and i hafta waits to get current first that optimisticly will happen within 3 to 4 months.am i right?

I read previous posts on how to do opt-out. I myself availed of this opt-out provision under Section 6 of the Child Status Protection Act. Under this law, the beneficiary should be the one making the request, not the petitioner.

Thanks Art2 . I am confused my solcitor said it's dosent matter if pettioner or benificiary request for opt out.just becoz solicitor advise to my dad can do it my dad going to request .I'm bit Scred what if becoz of petitioner did thats why they deni the request .pray for me ?

Why not just write the letter sign it and mail it to your dad.

If its a case where your dad already sent it and its denied, just resend it yourself hun
