I- 130 .... sent USCIS August 4, 2010 - Approved at NVC Jan 2011 received approval letter with case number and Id number

Selected agent...Feb 25, 2016

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Case completed.....April 22, 2016 Received case complete letter April 27,2016

Received Interview Letter... Feb 3, 2017

Halllo everyone , my dad spoke to solicitor .he said we can opt out but it's not sure that they going to accept it.One more thing solicitor said if my dad request to dhs it will be ok benificiary don't need too' is it the right wayou to opt out please let me know if any one know about it .thank you .

Hi phoenyxx.I think u have more knowledge about opt out process.do u have any opinion for example I'm the benificiary insted of me if my dad request to dhs for opt out process is that OK and he is the sponsor.thank you ?
