hi.. this is my first post...

I will really appreciate any advice..

I am beneficiary and my wife is petitioner

We just got the notice from USCIS that her income is too low and we need sponsorship or 3*ASSET to make up difference for poverty line

but now she got a new job to make enough over the poverty line...

so .. to replay the request from USCIS, can we just send them her paystub and employee letter from her new job ?

and

one more question..

if the income for recent tax return does not reflect current income and does not meet the poverty line

Can I grant some money to my wife and make her report gift tax to make up the difference?
