Me nd my ex, married in 2006. We had our first child in 2009, ended our marriage in 2010 due to some family issues.

He travelled by B1 tourist visa and stay there. his second marriage was in USA. The person he got married with, never wanted him to talk to me about our daughter nor visit our kid who is 7 years old now. And in this time he got citizenship. He has been traveling to NG since 2013 to visit our daughter. Things did not work out between them so they divorce in 2015.

In 2015 he travelled to NG, my daughter wanted to leave for USA with me when he was coming back. He talked to me about getting back together for the seak of our lovely daughter and for the love we had to each other in the past, so that we can start all over again.

I said that will think about it. He got back to USA and has been in touch with me and our daughter as usual. He file for our daughter and she was approved. Then he ask me again to get back with her, finally I agreed so that we can start our life again.

Is there any problems with K-1 Visa Processing? What kind of problems i might face with by proccessing? And honestly, what are our chances?

SO he got his citizenship through marriage to an American citizen. SO he has to wait 5yrs ..unless he can prove that he entered that marriage in good faith and not use that person for immigration benefits...

Check the instruction for I-130 and see who may not file.

While what you said might be true, the CO will likely see in this say: Your husband divorces you, leaves you and your daughter in your country, goes to US, marries a US citizen, becomes a US citizen, divorces his US spouse and now wants to bring you back to US to live together. I think it's a hard sell if not impossible. Expect lots of scrutiny.

It's possible, but very unlikely. If he was single for several years after divorcing you, then had a long marriage with the USC that would be one thing. But going by your timeline, very soon after you divorced he married the USA, and very soon after he got citizenship he divorced her and now wants to marry you again, those are huge red flags.

Yes, it's not like they haven't seen this before. I'm not saying your case is fraudulent but it happens a lot where someone marries a USC and divorces soon after citizenship to marry the childhood sweetheart back home and petition for her. You will face a lot of scrutiny.

I doubt that you will be approved, at least not on this K1, perhaps a second filing of a CR1 in the future.

If what you say is true, go for it. If your fiance is willing to go all the way and put his citizenship on the line for you, go for it. there are cases on the administrative appeals where the petitioner in a case like this has their own status challenged. But if it is true what happened and all your paperwork is in order and from the correct court and not recently procured, there is nothing to hurt you. Maybe him but not really you.

What did he fill in his DS-160 form for his B2 visa?

What did you fill or going to fill in your DS-160 form?

Left you, got married to another, got citizenship, divorced & came back to you - all within consecutive 3 years?

Does he think his citizenship is at stake?

Whats the American woman saying or doing - did she ever file any report with USCIS even though nothing was done but report recorded?

The NOA1 is just a form to let you know they received the petition.

The NOA2 looks the same and would state your approval.

Getting through USCIS is easy but your hard part will start at the embassy phase with the interview and evidence

to proof a bona fide relationship. Hopefully you have plenty of evidence and I hope the petition was front loaded.

Your chances are the same as the posters told you before, nothing has changed.

It depends on how you will answer the questions, what evidence you have to convince the CO that this was not meant

to be a plan to defraud his USC ex.

It will also depend on what exactly he put on previous applications because they are cross checked.
