Even though my income will meet the income requirements for our K3, I plan on including the child support that comes in as well. Where do I include this amount? Do I include it in the amount listed in question 23 (the current individual annual income)? and just attach a copy of the divorce decree as evidence or should it go somewhere else?

Thanks everyone!!

There's only one place on the I-134 to state your annual income, so I would annualize all your income and put it on that line. Your divorce decree and perhaps bank statements showing the deposits, should provide sufficient evidence of the non employment income. Tax transcripts will handle the rest.

MrsAyilliath,

Be prepared to document not only that you are entitled to child support, but that you actually receive it.

I would also document how long you will receive it. If you were applying for a mortgage we would need 3 years. I think it would be good supporting evidence.
