Well you don't need lawyer we have lawyer too but he is useless our case was stuck 14 months at local uscis office and no help from lawyer senator congress and Ombudsman

as far as I know... None of them can help people to get their visa soon or to forward it... thanks God that they have good law that everybody is equal for immigration.

Yes u right lawyers can be used if someone has illegal entry deportation or criminal records but still have seen some nationality processing takes less then our process time

I don't know.. some one wrote about Biometric test. maybe one of the reason for putting on AP is to do biometric test through finger prints... its a cool thing, never heard of it

Yeah they take your finger prints and run across the data base to check you were not involved in any serious crime across the world specially against US

on the interview, the oc just told me to put my 4 fingers of my left hand for fingerprint. but before interview they took fingerprint of all people in both hands

dont worry till 60 days m sure you will get visa by before 60 days your on family visa catageory 9 years you been waiting now they are checking your biometrics let them do their job and enjoy your time with ur family freinds in iran after this you gonna miss them lol
