see you live in Iran where no US embassy so they have to do your background checks from 3rd agency and it will take 60 days so just relax and enjoy iran after this you will miss it spend eid with ur remain family in Iran and i m sure you will get good news soon just keep checking ceac site for updates are they updating ur case after interview

The Ceac update was on 16 june, not moving forward after that, and the Embassy website date is 12 june. till then No Updates on either sites. Some one (in another post to some one else) said if they're not update it, its a good sign that it means they did not find anything on your case..I don't know that

Exactly Sata but as of I understand that no one either have got their interveiw letter for August or these peoples are not bother to help each others here which is sad I can't find any members whos cc dates are in April I understand not all peoples using vj but atleast one of them are using it lol

Aha... i just so curious... the most people who use this website are waiting for CR1 or 2 visa or K visa... mine case are rare... Also I saw a lot of H visa and fiancé visa that put on AP... not seen much FB-1 or F2B

my mother. all of my family lives in US.

my case is FB-1 which means US citizen parents filled for single child over 21 years old

9 years this kind of immigration usually takes 7-8 years... I had a bad lawyer which delayed my case several month...after I changed my lawyer, my case went forward

Well you don't need lawyer we have lawyer too but he is useless our case was stuck 14 months at local uscis office and no help from lawyer senator congress and Ombudsman
