Hey guys, I am removing myself from the list. My application was delivered a day earlier than I expected, which means it was outside the "early filing" window by one day. I was eligible by the time it was opened, but apparently the USCIS goes by the date the application was received so it was sent back to me. I sent it right back, but now my NOA will be in August so I am joining that thread. Good luck to everyone!

Hi everybody!

I got an email today with the following text:

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number XXXXXXXXX."

Is this the NOA1? What does it mean it's been routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center? I don't think I've ever heard of it! :clock:

Like I said, my Application was rejected for some problem with signature, initially I sent my application 90 days before 7/6, it was rejected and 7/19 my lawyer drop my Application on person 7/19, my bio-metric appointment was for 8/9, on this Forum I found information about Early-fillers was not necessary Early Walk-in for bio-metrics, but with the time that I lost, I when to early walk-in for my bio-metrics and now before 7 days of my bio-metric appointment I'm done with it. Before the problem with the new form, IOE, USCIS set us In-Line 30 days before 3 or 5 years anniversary. I trying to recover those days. Early Walk-in is so easy.

Hey guys, got the bio-metrics appointment date. I updated the info below. I have a question; do they allow bags at the ASC (Application Support Center) when you do your bio-metrics?

In Boston it was no problem at all. No security check at all....

If anyone who updates next could you change my field office to St. Albans, VT...please? :) Not sure how it became Detroit!

Had a very strange biometrics appt. yesterday where someone had a fake ID and I thought it was all gonna go down in the waiting room, but the officer handed the fake card back to the person and let them leave!?

Hi guys,

some people wrote this on the www. trackitt.com

I have went to an InfoPass appointment on Monday 08/01/2016 and I was informed that we will not see any big movment beyond the FP stage until January. Their goal is to clear out the NBC cases by the end of the year and then start fresh with the IOE and start scheduling appointment.
