you're welcome, merkin&regine and Yulichka!

I have a question to July filters who are ELIS filers and have their interview. If anyone could see the actual pdf file with the interview date after the message "the interview has been scheduled'' appeared. I am just wondering if it will ever be uploaded to the account. August filters started receiving this message but no notice for now.

I logged in today to my account at USCIS and found the following message "N-400 USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice." Now, I didn't actually find any PDF attachment like the other notices. This could be some kind of a glitch. I got an IOE number and live in Washington, DC Texas Lockbox.

I know some of you have received the same message. Does anyone know anything I don't about this ? Thanks

After seeing that message I've sent the following message via the system:

Dear Sir or Madam, I've noticed the status on my online account: 'USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice'. However, no date is given and I have not received an appointment letter yet. Could you let me know my interview appointment date? Yours faithfully ...

And received the following response:

Dear ...,

Thank you for your inquiry dated November 05, 2016.

Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office. You must take the Interview Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment. Please review the Interview Appointment Notice for any other requirements.

Once you have been scheduled, you may view and print a copy of your Interview Appointment Notice within your USCIS online filing system account. After you log in to your USCIS online filing system account, access the Home Tab to find the "Recent Notices" field to view or print your official appointment notice from USCIS.

If you need more assistance with your USCIS online filing system account, please submit another inquiry to the USCIS Customer Contact Center at https://my.uscis.gov/account/needhelp (unauthenticated) or log into your online account for specific case inquiries and contact us at https://my.uscis.gov/account/inbox (authenticated).

IOE Case

As many of you that got the status change of Oct 31 I was wondering why most of us never got the letter. So I went ahead and emailed USCIS on Friday 4 about that and got a response back today :

Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office.

So hopefully they schedule soonand we can put this behind us.

hi everyone! i called USCIS customer service 2 days ago, was told that processing time for i-400 is 6 months. i have IOE number, Boston Service center and i had my bio app on August,17. wondering who of IOE's has gotten their interview dates or any notification activity? seems like they are not reviewing IOE cases now at all.

We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number xxx. We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us.

Will be checking my mail.

Hello, this is my first time to post in this forum but I've been following the thread for few weeks now.

I would like to ask if this happened to you too:

Since last week when I noticed the change of status upon logging in to my account ("USCIS scheduled your interview date") I have been checking everyday, however, today I was not directed to my home page where I see my status, instead only to the one with the 6 boxes (civic test, explore your options, etc). I couldn't find my homepage at all and my profile.

Did you experience this before too?

hi everyone! i got email today. "USCIS has taken action on your application, petition or request and updated your account. Please access your account to view the update."

I followed my ELIS account which didn't show that any action was taken BUT "USCIS case status service" showed that they scheduled the bio metrical appointment for me on November 19. Seems like something was wrong with my first biometrical appointment. Who had the same situation? any ideas what it can possibly be?
