Remove conditional status I751 When to file?

I have seen conflict statements about when to file I751. Some say its 90 days within two year anniversary and some say its 90 days within card expiration date. I don't know if its a mistake by USCIS, but my card expiration date is different from my two year anniversary. Its 2 years after the card was approved, so its a about 7 month later after my 2 year anniversary. I wonder when should I file the I-751. If I file it within 2 year anniversary, will they reject it because its filed too soon?

You have to file it within 90 days of the card expiration date.

How to Apply to Remove the Conditions

You and your spouse must apply together to remove the conditions on your residence by filing Form I-751. You should apply during the 90 days before your second anniversary as a conditional resident. The expiration date on your green card is also the date of your second anniversary as a conditional resident. If you do not apply to remove the conditions in time, you could lose your conditional resident status and be removed from the country.

But my card expiration date is different from my second anniversary....

Not wedding anniversary, OP. Second anniversary of becoming a LPR. Which IS the same as the GC expiration date.

You became a permanent resident when they approved your AoS petition and issued the conditional GC, not when you got married, not when you applied for AoS. 2 years after that (the 2nd anniversary) is when it expires. Thus file within 90 days of GC expiration date.
