Hi! I have a problem regarding with our marriage certificate at NSO here in philippines. Our marriage certficate was blurry and I have no idea if its ok or accepted at the USCIS when my husband will petition me.

Any ideas what to do ? we have been in a long distance relationship for 6 years , believe it or not , but yah.

I hope you guys could help. I want both of us to be together already :(
