Going to Mexico and drinking at 18 is a lot different than a 24 yr old in a relationship with a 14 yr old. First off he was a minor in America dating a woman in a different country and its ok because the law in pi allows it ?? Yes, it is. If she was a US citizen or LPR, then US laws would apply. She is not subject to US laws. If this is really ok I fear for so many children online

So what if he is a minor in America. He was of age in the PI where the relationship took place. You don't seem to have an understanding of the legal concept of jurisdiction. US laws do not apply to non-resident non-citizens who are not in the US. US law apply to him, not her.

This hardly sounds as sex trafficking..... It's usually the other way (from other countries to the US) and in the wast majority of cases the victims are women.

Also if he was a victim he would not wish to bring her here.

It doesn't matter what you or I think. What matters is the law. Would you like to discuss the law or your personal moral outrage? Immigration for everyone else is not about you and your sense of morality. Immigration is about the law.
