2 weeks left to file AOS before going out of status.

Hi there, I'm here by K1 visa. And the i-94 is expiring within 2 weeks. I did some research to see if i would be in a bad situation if not filling within 90 days. And it seemed like there wouldn't be any problem at all. Except that I will be out of status (overstay). Well, in my feeling the word over stay is kinda big deal to me. So I'm trying to avoid that. So my questions are...

1. If I want to file within 90 days. The AOS notification date will be the date they accept my document from USPS. Or the date they actually put my name in the system. Or the date they send me notification paper? (Not sure if they have like NOA1, like that)

2. How long does it usually takes from the date you guys send the mail until they accept your papers?

3. Just in case I can't do it on time. Will my overstay be on the record? (I got five US visas before and I don't want to rune my record with this overstay)

dosent matter when you file, you have to be married within 90 days thats all

all overstays are forgiven once you file

The date on the receipt notice is the date they accept it and enter it into the system. From that point on, you are in a new period of authorized stay, so it makes no difference whether or not you had a few days of overstay before that date.

Overstay will not matter at all once you become a permanent resident. Even if it did, you would have to have over 180 days of overstay to incur a ban upon exit and be ineligible for admission for a certain period of time. I do not think you will be in need a visa to the US anytime soon(or ever again), once you become a LPR.
