I am sponsoring my mother and father and submitting I30 and I485 together. My tax returns are married filing jointly so the amount is in 120k of which 80K is my W2. I am sponsoring my parents individually without my wife. How do I treat question 19a, 19b and 19c which ask for my total income as my my federal tax return. That amount shows 120k which is joint income. Should I use PART 11 and state my w2 amounts and attached W2s as support?

Further do I meet the poverty guidelines. My household size is 6 including my mother and father? and I am not showing assets and bank accounts.

Appreciate some insight...

Yes, you will need to list whatever is on your tax return (total income) on lines 19a,b, and c. Make sure to enclose W2s so they know which portion of the income is yours. Including information in Part 11 is not necessary because you list your qualifying income in Part 6, #15. This is the total that USCIS will look at to see if you meet the requirements.

According to the poverty guidelines, yes, you do earn enough for a household size of 6.
